Hello all!
It was great seeing so many at the meeting on Tuesday! Thanks to everyone for being there and to those able to take a page or three to call for our Conventions. We are advertising on Facebook, our Webpage, email lists as well as using Mobilize.
Do feel free to tell anyone you think might want to come to the Conventions, it’s time for more of Grant County to get involved and going forward!
Suggested verbiage for phone calls:
“Hi, this is with the Grant County Democrats. We are contacting Democrats across Grant County to let you know the 2025 Democratic Party Reorganization is going to be held this year between April 26 and May 11. Here in Grant County our precinct and county convention will be held on May 5 starting at 5 p.m. at the Library on Barnes Road. Once we have our county executive committee in place, representatives of Grant County will then go to the State Convention in June. From there our State Representatives will go to the National Reorganization later in the summer. We need all of our Grant County Dems to come and have their voice heard as to how you want our Party to move forward over the next four years.”
This is just a suggestion, you can use your own blurb for your calls. Just please be sure to record if the numbers are good, if the people are receptive and/or if they are still Democrats. Feel free to chat all you want and to let them know about our meetings, the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7. 🙂
